Patient information letter updated, now available in additional languages

The patient information letter required by OPTN Policy 3.5 has been updated.  All transplant programs should begin using the new letter no later than Oct. 3, 2023. OPTN members were notified of this update via email.

If you have printed stock that has not been updated since June 2023, please make needed change outs before Oct. 3 so patients are receiving the current version.
