OPTN Computer System dashboard displays real-time status of software services

A public-facing dashboard displays the real-time status of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Computer System (known as UNetSM). Visitors to the page will see current statuses for software services that make up the OPTN Computer System, as well as a 30-day history of the status of those services. The page will also show when any components of the OPTN Computer System are scheduled to receive enhancements and policy updates, which may require the system to be temporarily unavailable.
The status page will periodically be reviewed and revised by the OPTN to ensure clarity and function. Visitors to the page can send feedback on the page and suggest future improvements to TOC@unos.org.
Links to the status page have been placed in the “Professionals” menu tab, under “OPTN Computer System” on pages with sidebar navigation and under “Related Sites” in the footer at the bottom of every OPTN webpage.
