Updated contact form available on OPTN website

A revised contact form is available on the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network website for any interested person to offer comments, questions or suggestions regarding the activities and operation of the OPTN.

The updated form allows for more focused information to be supplied by the person submitting the comment or question, as well as collecting optional contact information if the submitter requests a reply.
