OPTN computer system metrics dashboard displays metrics on the OPTN’s computer system’s performance

The Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) has released a new public-facing dashboard which displays metrics and data on the performance of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Computer System, known as UNetSM.
Visitors to the dashboard will see metrics and performance of software services that make up UNet. These metrics include: Match Run Times by organ, Organ Offer Notification delivery and response times and Matching Function Availability. The page will also show all policy projects that required the OPTN Contractor’s IT effort that were implemented in the past 12 months.
The dashboard will be updated monthly by the OPTN. The Network Operations and Oversight Committee (NOOC) develops and provides oversight on objective metrics related to the OPTN matching function. Visitors to the page can send feedback on the dashboard and suggest future improvements to TOC@unos.org.
