OPTN budget and registration fee for new fiscal year under review

The Fiscal Year 2023 budget and registration fee for the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) are currently under review. Proposed changes to the OPTN budget and registration fee cannot take effect until approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The OPTN registration fee will continue at $868 until further notice. The registration fee is a one-time fee assessed to OPTN member institutions at the time they list candidates for a transplant.
