National webinar to address proposed changes to transplant program metrics

The Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network will host a webinar June 2 to inform the community about proposed changes to transplant program monitoring.

The Membership and Professional Standards Committee plans to submit the proposal for public comment during the summer 2021 public comment period.

Community input is important

The proposed new metrics and the rationale for the decisions will be presented June 2 with two goals:

Obtain preliminary feedback on the concepts
Enable the community to make informed, thoughtful comments during the upcoming public comment period
