Strategic Goal: Promote living donor and transplant recipient safety

This proposal is intended to clarify and simplify reporting requirements for aborted living donor recovery procedures, and incidents when a living donor organ is recovered but not transplanted, and to ensure that follow-up forms are generated so that no living donor is lost to follow-up.

This proposal was available for public comment in January 2015.
