Bylaws

OPTN Bylaws outline membership requirements for organizations and individuals to participate in the U.S. transplant network.

The Membership and Professional Standards Committee (MPSC) oversees issues related to the bylaws.

The OPTN evaluation plan provides guidance to member transplant centers, OPOs and histocompatibility labs on how to comply with OPTN policies and bylaws.
