Go to OPTN online store to order organ and vessel labels

Under the new OPTN contract, we are updating OPTN organ transport labels and the ordering process. Labels are now available at no cost to members, including shipping.

What’s different?

  • OPTN logo
  • “Donor ID” replaces previous “UNOS ID” field (information remains the same)

OPTN policy requirements for labeling, packaging and shipping organs and extra vessels remain the same. Go to Resources > Organ Transport to learn more.

Go to the OPTN online store at https://optn.curtisdirect.com/ and create an account to order labels. Learn more about OPTN policy on organ and vessel labels. 

If members have organ labels in stock, they can use them through the end of 2019. However, if you have vessel labels in your inventory, you can only use those until we implement the extra vessels policy, likely in August.
