Changes to UNet patient safety portal

We made several changes to the UNetSM patient safety portal on September 24, which affect the way you report living donor adverse events to the OPTN contractor. These are the changes:
- Update "Improving Patient Safety" menu
- Update the "Living Donor Adverse Event" page to provide more choices and specific information
- Update the "Search" functionality
We added categories and reporting fields to help clarify the type of information that needs to be reported, and we reduced the amount of text that needs to be entered when reporting a living donor adverse event.
A system training video recording is available to explain the changes. UNet users can access the recording and additional information in online help (login required).
