Tracy Evans-Walker, M.S.N., RN, CNP, CCTC, is a certified nurse practitioner with the kidney and pancreas transplant program at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Evans-Walker has served on the OPTN/ UNOS thoracic organ transplantation and operations and safety committees. She is president of NATCO-The Organization for Transplant Professionals. She also has served as president of the Buckeye chapter of the International Transplant Nurses Society.

She earned her master's degree in nursing from Ursuline College in Cleveland.
